Having a strong yet flexible body axis is one of the secret of the graceful and beautiful form of the Wudang Tai-chi. In this class, we practice to have a strong and flexible body axis, obtain our ideal body position, and create our inner muscle.
It is highly recommended to get rid of body stiffness, stabilize the mental fluctuation and have more self-confidence. Beginners are welcome!
